About the Camp:
This indoor skateboarding, longboarding, and surfskating camp is perfect for kids aged 7-14, whether they’re learning the basics or refining their skills. The space is huge, allowing us to run multiple workshops at the same time, including skating, games, and skate-themed crafts where kids can personalise their boards with glitter, stickers, and Posca pens!
Daily Schedule:
10:30 - 10:45 AM: Registration, warm-up, and protective gear check.
10:45 - 11:45 AM: Skills and drills session.
11:45 - 12:30 PM: Longboard dancing workshop.
12:30 - 1:00 PM: Lunch break (parents to pack lunch and drink).
1:00 - 1:45 PM: Choice of: Skate arts (decorate boards with stickers, glitter, and Posca pens and fill in certificates) OR surfskate workshop.
1:45 - 2:30 PM: Calming stretch session, and reflections on the day
Important Information:
Ages: Suitable for kids aged 6-14.
Equipment: Participants must bring a helmet and protective gear (knee pads, elbow pads, wrist guards). Boards and protective sets can be borrowed if needed. Any board you have already, skateboard, longboard or surfskate bring it along!
Facilities: Toilets are available on-site.
Snacks & Lunch: Please pack a lunch, drink, and snacks for your child.
Numbers: Capped at 30 to ensure safety and plenty of individual attention.

There is no on-site car parking at Sparks, but there are plenty of other ways to get there! Located in the heart of Bristol’s city centre, Sparks is:
25-minute walk from Bristol Temple Meads train station.
Easily accessible via local bus routes.
Surrounded by cycle racks in the Broadmead area.
If you do need to drive, the nearest car park is The Galleries.
