🔹 Longboarding and surfskating, like all exciting activities, come with inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge these risks and agree to the terms outlined below.

Waiver & Agreement (Required to participate)

1. Assumption of Risk

I understand that participating in longboarding and surfskating lessons involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falling, collisions, loss of control, and potential injuries such as sprains, fractures, or concussions. While every effort is made to ensure a safe learning environment, I acknowledge that accidents may still occur. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation, including unforeseen risks.


2. Physical Fitness & Health

I confirm that I (or my child) am physically fit and have disclosed any relevant medical conditions that could impact safe participation. I understand it is my responsibility to consult a healthcare professional before engaging in longboarding or surfskating if I have any concerns about my physical condition.


3. Release & Indemnity

To the fullest extent permitted by law, I, on behalf of myself (or my child), agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Soulful Skate Co., its instructors, owners, affiliates, and any event venues from any and all claims, liabilities, or demands related to injuries, damages, or losses sustained during participation in the lesson.

I understand that this waiver applies regardless of whether the injury results from my own actions, those of other participants, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Data Protection & Privacy (GDPR Compliance)

Soulful Skate Co. stores all personal information securely in compliance with GDPR regulations. Your data will only be used for lesson administration, safety purposes, and essential communication regarding your sessions.

We do not share your information with third parties. You may request the deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us.


5. Governing Law

This waiver is governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from participation shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
