Terms & Conditions

CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

  • If you need to cancel your booking, you can do so up to 48 hours before the start time to receive a full refund. Unfortunately, cancellations made less than 48 hours before the start time are non-refundable.

  • You have the flexibility to reschedule your class up to 72 hours before the start time, subject to availability.

  • In the event of a weather-related cancellation, you have the option to reschedule your class, depending on availability.

  • If we, the organizers or instructors, need to cancel a class for any reason, you will receive a full refund. This includes non-weather-related cancellations as well as cancellations due to weather conditions before the class starts or if conditions worsen during the class. However, if a class is already in progress and is interrupted due to weather, refunds will not be provided.

GROUP CLASS VIABILITY

We strive to ensure that all our classes are enjoyable and beneficial for our participants. However, if only one person books a group class, it may not be financially viable for us to conduct the session. In such cases, we reserve the right to rearrange or reschedule the lesson to a mutually agreed-upon time.

SAFETY EQUIPMENT

  • We want our clients to have fun and feel comfortable during their lessons, and strongly advise all students to wear full safety equipment, including helmet, wrist guards, elbow pads and knee pads at all times during lessons.

  • If you are struggling to find these items please contact us and we will do our best to lend you some. 

 

ACCIDENT LIABILITY

  • We will not accept any liability for any incidents or injuries you encounter during your lesson or when practising the techniques taught during your lesson, nor are we required to provide any form of compensation.

  • You take part in our lessons at your own risk and are required to sign our waiver, therefore accepting full responsibility for any injuries sustained during the lesson.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA

  • Soulful Skate Co. may take photographs or videos during lessons for promotional purposes.

  • If you do not wish to be photographed or filmed, please indicate this in your waiver form.

  • Participants or parents/guardians must not take photographs or videos of other skaters without prior consent.

DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY 

  • All personal information provided is stored securely and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

  • We do not share your personal data with third parties, except where necessary for the provision of services (e.g., payment processing, email communications).
